A delicious combination of pesto, smoked salmon, capers and cream cheese, the Goldberg “Phats” pizza at Grinders Pizza in Kansas City was divine.
Fluffy crust, plenty of toppings and a great range of flavours; it’s easy to see why this place has such a devoted following and has appeared on TV show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, which was where I first saw it and decided I had to go there!
