Flashback Friday: Sydney Opera House

sydney opera house

I’ve mentioned before that we only spent one day in Sydney; obviously nowhere near enough time to explore the city.

But one thing we did have time to do was take a ferry from Circular Quay, past the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, allowing us to get up close and personal with some of the city’s most popular sights.

It was a wonderfully sunny day, allowing us to take some great photos and enjoy the weather. Although, as always seems to happen with us, we asked a lady to take a photo of us together in front of the Opera House only to take the camera back off her and see that she’d cut the top of our heads off and hadn’t even got the Opera House in the frame! D’oh.

This is making me so excited to get make to Sydney. Every time I’ve ever asked a stranger to take a pic it’s invariably awful lol, I need to invest in one of those selfie takers you seen Japanese tourists using – or a tripod x
