Why a Charm Bracelet is the Perfect Summer Accessory

Whenever you go on holiday, do you often find yourself staring at all of your accessories, handbags and jewelry on the bed, wondering what to take? Do you wonder whether or not you’ll need it, whether you can afford to carry the weight of the extra 19 scarfs you might need, or whether there’s a simpler way to end this argument you’re having with yourself?

Well, there is! Today’s post is all about why a simple charm bracelet is the only accessory you’ll need this summer – I hope you agree and this post provides you with a few styling tips.

Bracelets

It’ll match your summer colours
If you go for a rose gold or yellow gold charm bracelet, then you may find it a little more difficult to match in with your wardrobe, but if you go for a sleek, stylish and simple silver bracelet like those at ChloBo, it will go with every colour you’re looking to step out in on your holiday.

It won’t matter whether you’re wearing a bright orange maxi dress with classic brown gladiator sandals, or a fitted black dress with slim glittering heels – a simple charm bracelet will match it all! Besides, during the summer months, most people like to wear understated neutral colours, such as pale blues, blush pinks and mint greens, so all of these will be complemented perfectly by this little silver highlight.

It can work with a day or evening outfit
Speaking of outfits, you won’t have to worry about taking 15 different sets of jewelry to go with each day and night outfit while you’re away. Aside from the obvious money this will save you in checking in a bag that is way over the weight limit, if you take one bracelet that’s a timeless classic, you’ll always look stunning.

The beauty of charm bracelets is that they can be worn casually on a plane on the way there, and then out for the evening after a quick change into some smart white linen trousers and a colourful silk top. All you need to change is your lipstick colour, and you’re all set to hit the town.

You can still make fashion a statement
Just because you’re taking a charm bracelet doesn’t mean you have to leave everything behind. Chances are, you’ll have a few favourite statement pieces of jewellery that you’ll want to take with you, such as a large coral necklace that’s perfect for that matching jumpsuit.

In this case, you can still turn heads of an evening on holiday, because your bracelet will match perfectly with any coloured gemstone you can throw at it. Regardless of the style or design, it’s the most versatile piece of jewellery you will ever own!

I hope I’ve convinced you that charm bracelets are the way forward when it comes to streamlining your holiday wardrobe. What’s your perfect summer accessory? I’d love to hear your suggestions so do leave me a comment in the section below…
