This was a late night gyro bought from a small restaurant in the centre of Belgrade we had walked past several times and always thought smelled delicious.
This night we finally caved and ordered one with pork meat, coleslaw, tomato, ajvar (red pepper paste) and in Serbia they also add in a handful of French fries, which is actually a pretty tasty addition to your typical gyro.
