Ingredients

• 1 1/4 pounds (600g) broccoli, cut into small florets

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 2 tsp soy sauce

• 1 tbsp sesame seeds

• Black pepper

Directions

• Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, sesame oil and soy sauce and whisk to combine.
• Toss the broccoli in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  
• Spread broccoli florets evenly on a baking tray and then sprinkle with the sesame seeds and a few cracks of black pepper.
